Welcome to FlashCard! Before using our services, please read this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully.

1. Acceptance and Acknowledgment of Terms

1.1 This Agreement is an agreement entered into between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and FlashCard (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding the use of the FlashCard application and related services.

1.2 By clicking register, log in, or actually using this service, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 When registering an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and update it promptly upon any changes.

2.2 You are responsible for properly safeguarding your account credentials and password. Any losses resulting from improper safekeeping shall be borne by yourself.

2.3 If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

3. User Conduct and Code of Conduct

3.1 You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using this service and shall not create, copy, publish, or disseminate illegal or harmful content.

3.2 You may not use automated scripts, crawlers, or reverse engineering methods to interfere with or disrupt normal operations of the service.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

4.1 You retain all intellectual property rights to the cards, notes, audio, and custom content created or imported by you in this application.

4.2 Software code, user interface designs, logos, and trademarks of the FlashCard application belong to us.

5. Disclaimers and Service Changes

5.1 We are committed to providing reliable learning tools, but we shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party issues.

5.2 We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or upgrade features based on product roadmaps and regulatory requirements.
