Membership Service Agreement

Welcome to FlashCard Membership! This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you and FlashCard regarding membership subscription, payment, and the benefits you enjoy. Before paying, please read and fully understand all of the following.

1. Membership Benefits

After subscribing, you may enjoy the following exclusive services (subject to what is shown on the Membership Center page and the plan you purchase):

  1. Long-document card creation: create and import cards from longer texts;
  2. All decks free: during the membership period you can use all paid market decks for free;
  3. Ad-free: your study experience is free of commercial ads;
  4. Other member-only features and benefits — see "Membership Center" in the app.

2. Membership Fees

  1. Multiple plans are available (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annual, and lifetime). The price, billing cycle, and validity of each plan are shown in real time on the subscription page before you pay.
  2. Your payment is charged to your app store account and settled according to the rules of each store (Apple App Store / Google Play, etc.).
  3. Prices may vary by promotion, region, or currency; the final transaction price is shown on the order confirmation page.

3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

  1. Recurring plans (monthly / quarterly / annual) have auto-renewal enabled by default and are charged automatically before the current period ends; upon renewal your membership is extended by one period.
  2. You may turn off auto-renewal via the relevant app store's subscription management before expiry; benefits already paid for remain unaffected.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Once activated, consumed membership periods are generally non-refundable mid-term.
  2. If you dispute a charge or renewal, you may request a refund under each store's refund policy; the result is subject to the store's review.

5. Account & Termination

  1. You are responsible for keeping your account secure; losses due to poor account custody are your own.
  2. If you violate applicable laws or our rules, we may suspend or terminate your membership without refund.

6. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement due to operational needs or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted in the app; continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance.
