Auto-Renewal Rules

To protect your right to be informed, the following explains FlashCard's recurring (auto-renewal) membership subscription rules:

1. About Auto-Renewal

Recurring plans (monthly / quarterly / annual) have auto-renewal enabled by default from the moment you subscribe. The system will automatically charge your app store account at the confirmed price before each billing period ends; upon successful renewal your membership is extended by one period.

2. Billing Cycle & Price

• The billing cycle and price are shown on the subscription page before you pay;
• Renewal price may differ from the initial subscription; the order confirmation page at renewal governs.

3. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; benefits already paid for remain unaffected:

• iOS (Apple): Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, select FlashCard membership and cancel;
• Android (Google Play): Open Google Play Subscriptions management and cancel FlashCard membership;
• After cancellation succeeds, the system will no longer charge automatically in the next period.

4. Refunds

Refund requests related to auto-renewal follow the refund policy of the respective app store; the result is subject to the store's review.

5. Other

If you cancel auto-renewal but still wish to use the membership, you may resubscribe after the current period ends.
